These are business days and are approximate - actual delivery times may vary based on demand, public holidays, or remote location delays.

Pick-Up Orders

Pick-up is available from our salon locations.

Availability depends on where stock is held.

There is a 1–2 business day wait time before your order will be ready for collection.
Dispatch Timing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your order, provided stock is available.

If there is any delay (backorders, stock issues, weather events etc.), we will notify you via email or phone.
Tracking & Delays

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Please allow for some buffer time in delivery if you are in a region that is more remote or during busy seasons (e.g. holidays).

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimates above, contact us and Australia Post with your tracking number so we can help.
Processing & Dispatch

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Ella&Jade Hair Pty Ltd is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Loss or Damage in Transit

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, risk passes to the customer. Ella&Jade Hair Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. We are happy to assist with the process where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are correct. Ella&Jade Hair Pty Ltd will not be held liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply if parcels need to be re-sent due to incorrect information.
Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, your parcel will be left unattended at your address. Ella&Jade Hair Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed by Australia Post.
